    So, who do we think Sir Greyscale really is? She's obviously a chick. I'm going to bet it's Otra. And that the Evil Otra is some kind of clone. It's convoluted enough to work. If it's not Otra, I feel bad that her old mentor just said his new student is better than her. [Reply]

    If Greyscale's a guy, he's one of the curviest dudes I've ever seen. Maybe the knight is using he as a gender neutral pronoun despite the implications? Or Greyscale just looks that feminine. (Annnd now I'm going to have 'Dude Looks Like a Lady' stuck in my head all day.) [Reply]

    I really don't think its that far out of the question for Mr. Knight to just have assumed his squire is a guy. It's far more likely that this character is Otra. :P [Reply]

    I think he's Officer Policeguy. He's kind of androgynous, highly skilled, and mentioned that he'd planned on taking the knighthood trials. And he's smart and knows things. [Reply]

    I'm going with her mom. Her and Wendy had to split up in order to accomplish their INGENIOUS PLAN (that may or may not make actual sense), and Other Girl's part was to protect Winter. Or something. [Reply]

    @Crow-sama The problem with Greyscale being Otra is Sir Knight's statement about Greyscale appearing to him shortly after the sidekick invasion started. Unless the whole "fake Otra" thing is true, and Winter's been with the fake for quite some time now. [Reply]

    Josh is laughing. LAUGHING at us and our pitiful speculation. He's totally going to make Greyscale turn out to be someone completely irrelevant and unimportant in the end just to be a dickbutt.

    What confuses me is why Greyscale wanted Mister Knight's training in the first place. We haven't really seen him fight but Otra sent him running off like a little girl, perhaps he's just the tactical sort? Then again, his trials turned Otra into a walking blender of pain so maybe he just has that effect on people. [Reply]

    Have not posted for a while and since we have a lot of guess's as to who our ass-kicking Squire is I figured I'd post to.

    I figure its the Happy Co President, in 689 it states that she vanished leaving her staff behind. Could she have gone to Greyscale for training? Could the girls have that much of an effect on her as shown through out the story? She might have better knowledge of the 'Queen Bee's' movements. Anyways thats my thoughts. [Reply]

    The fact that Greyscale knows where the factory is almost lends itself to Greyscale being an undercover sidekick.

    Are sidekicks limited to single-sidekickery?

    I wonder why no one here is guessing that Sir Grayscale is the former boss-lady of HappyCo. I mean, she did leave right after the invasion so it fits with the time-line and she would know where they were being made. Then again, this could be the obvious assumption that Josh wants us to leap to and this is a red herring. [Reply]
