    @Luvrofcats Having a baby dropped in your lap does seem like the kind of thing that would make a person cranky. Xerox has always seemed like a shady sort to me, so maybe there is some intentionality behind this. He also seems kind of hapless, tho, so maybe it's all an unintended side effect of some dumb scam he was trying to run.

    As for Xerox being the former chairman, I dunno. In #697 the chairman is shown moving in ways that a cutpaste shouldn't be able to. On the other hand, maybe the panels we see on that page are what Winter is imagining as the Business Sidekick doles out backstory. Or what the Business Sidekick *thinks* the Chairman looked like, since she probably wouldn't have been created until after he was gone. So I guess it's possible, and the destruction of his house might coincide with when the chairman "ran off in disgrace" (#689).

    @meep It seems like I remember Josh writing something about getting tired of drawing Collete in such a restrictive style? I rationalize it as part of the big art shift -- that she still has somewhat stiff movements, but it's hard to tell in still frames and she hasn't had any action scenes in a while. Maybe. [shrug]

    @Wheee Ah, thanks. That would explain why I didn't recognize it, since I'm almost completely ignorant about such games. The only thing I know about Rock Band is that it's like Guitar Hero with more instruments. The only thing I know about Guitar Hero is that it's like a souped-up musical Simon Says with a fake guitar instead of a flashing disk-shaped thinger. Or something. [Reply]

    I think a great explanation for Collette no longer being cut-paste would be the fact that she was briefly in Autumn's body. I mean, unless it's completely genetic... but it's Josh's invention, so he should be able to do what he wants with it! [Reply]
