Chapter 13 is here, and I'm going to explain a few things that probably don't need explaining, since it'd be easy to figure out as you guys go along, but nevertheless I enjoy explaining things:

Back to a MWF schedule for the first time in... man, I don't even remember. With the exception of comics 517 and 518, the comics will be shorter now, but Chapter 12 was kinda exhausting to write and exhausting to read anyway.

There's no more color either. My experience with Wendy told me that people become horribly depressed when you do a comic in color and then stop, BUT I think we're okay this time, since I only did one short chapter in color. Also, there may still be the occasional color comic, if something important happens in the story. For example, Otra eating a REALLY IMPORTANT bowl of cereal.

I still need to give the site a real design.. although the pink void is growing on me. But I don't know if it's growing on me in a good way, or like some kind of parasitic symbiote. I'll talk about this more later.

Finally, it may seem crass to do so immediately after taking a long break, but I'm starting a little donation deal. The Girly Store has been closed for a little while due to me lacking the ability to mail stuff, and during this time, I learned something rather enlightening: I need the money I make from Girly. I need it a lot more than I thought I did. In fact, I almost have none left.
It will still be a couple weeks or so before I'm ready to start shipping things again. Thus, the unfortunate donation button. I'll be using the system Brian Foulke uses, which seems to have worked out okay for him. Starting April, I'll start updating more frequently for every $100 I get, which is to say, along with the regular MWF updates, I'll post new comics on Tuesday or Thursday as well.

Of course, the donations I get starting now will be counted. If I get $900 by April, that means I'll post 9 additional comics in April, enough to fill every Tuesday and Thursday slot in the month, making Girly a M-F comic, for the first time in... was it ever a M-F comic?

There are still parts of the site I need to rebuild. Character Search will eventually return. The Extra Comics will return. The ability to comment on comics... might be back, if I can find a way to do it without getting spam this time. Everything will be nice and super. ENJOY.

Almost forgot! The helpful person who gave me a hand with the important task of keeping Oscar Wilde in character was Quantam Witch. She happens to be an artist whose artwork can be found right here. Thanks QW!
